Do you offer customs?
No, I am not currently offering customs
Do you make in silver?
No, as more time has gone on and I've honed in on what best fits my creative vision, I've decided not to incorporate silver into my designs
Where do you ship to?
As of now, I am only shipping within the US & Canada. This includes free USPS ground advantage shipping for all US orders
Do you do restocks or remakes?
No, all of my designs are one-of-a-kind and will never be replicated so if you see something you like, don't wait too long!
Can I reserve a piece ahead of time?
No, I don't offer pre-reservations. Keeping everything on a first come, first serve basis ensures that everyone has the same chance to get the piece they want
What is the average necklace length?
All my designs have a base chain length of around 14" with a 4" chain extension. If you need changes made to the base length, please email me after you've placed your order at revivalofadornment@gmail.com with your updated measurements
Note: not all necklaces can have the length altered. Please check the description of the item for more information
What materials do you use?
Raw brass, 14k gold filled brass, 18k gold plated brass, 18k gold plated stainless steel, 18k PVD gold plated stainless steel, & (occasionally) 18k gold filled brass
Please note: brass is comprised of copper & zinc, please be aware if you are sensitive to either of these metals
Will the brass darken / do I need to clean it?
Yes and yes, but only if you want to.
Brass will darken and develop a natural patina over time. Though some prefer this, I include a jewelry cleaning cloth, an airtight bag, anti-tarnish paper, and care instructions in every order that can be used to help keep your piece as radiant as the day you receive it
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, I offer lifetime repairs for my jewelry
