Shipping policies
✧ Processing times: I ship out orders every Monday and Tuesday regardless of the day of your order is placed. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
✧ USPS Ground Advantage: 4 to 7 business days
✦ Barring high traffic times (holidays) and delays with the postal carrier, most orders arrive within 4 to 7 days of being delivered to the post office.
Repair policies
I offer lifetime repairs for my jewelry.
My intention is for these to be heirloom-quality pieces that can be cherished and handed down for generations. I am more than happy to repair your jewelry whenever possible.
✧ Repairs covered at no cost:
✦ Issues related to craftsmanship: loose settings, broken links, faulty clasps, etc.
✦ Issues related to normal wear-and-tear that occurs reasonably over time
✧ Repairs not covered (but may be offered for a fee):
✦ Damage caused by misuse or neglect (ex. exposure to water or chemicals, stepped on, pulled on, etc.)
✦ Tarnishing or patina due to natural oxidization
✦ Loss of components such as stones, pearls, pendants, and chain
✦ Alterations requested by the customer
✧ Shipping:
✦ Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me
✦ I will cover the return shipping cost when sending it back after repairs have been completed
Each piece is a handmade one-of-a-kind design. I may not always have identical components available for replacement. In these cases, I reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions when the original components are no longer available. I will always consult you before making any changes.
