Q: When will you do a restock? I really like [specific necklace], when will it be available again?
A: Short, answer: never! All of my designs are one of a kind and will never be replicated so if you see something you like, don't wait too long.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently, I am only offering shipping within the US. This includes free shipping.
Q: Do you make in silver?
A: As more time has gone on and I've honed in on what works best for me and my business, I've decided not to incorporate silver into my designs at this time. If you're interested in silver jewelry, I highly recommend @cherubtrove and @craniumcouture
Q: Do you take customs?
A: I am not currently offering customs.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Raw brass, gold filled brass, gold plated brass, & gold plated stainless steel.
Q: Will the brass darken? Do I need to clean it?
A: Yes and yes, but only if you want to. Brass will darken and develop a natural patina over time. Though some prefer this, I include a jewelry cleaning cloth, an airtight bag, anti-tarnish paper, and care instructions in every order that can be used to keep your piece as radiant as the day you receive it.
Q: Can I reserve a piece ahead of time?
A: No, I don't offer pre-reservations. Keeping everything on a first come, first serve basis ensures that everyone has the same chance to get the piece they want.
Q: I don't see [specific necklace] on your shop, did it sell already?
A: If it is after the collection release time & you aren't able to find what you're looking for, yes, it has already sold.
